Welcome to eke33. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and eke33 ("eke33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at eke33.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile versions, and related digital services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the eke33 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its content, and that you agree to be bound by all clauses without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

These Terms apply to all categories of activity on the Platform including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino games, online slots, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus participation. Supplementary terms specific to individual promotions, referral programmes, or seasonal campaigns shall be read alongside this Agreement. Where a conflict exists between supplementary terms and this Agreement, the supplementary terms shall prevail only to the extent of that specific conflict.

Access to and use of the eke33 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. eke33 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of eke33, nor are you an immediate family member residing in the same household as such a person.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or statutory instrument applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had an eke33 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or any other disciplinary reason.

eke33 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request documentary proof of eligibility including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of age, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

To access the full functionality of the eke33 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission and that you will promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) eke33 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eke33 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all associated accounts are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform using your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify eke33 immediately at [email protected].

eke33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account creation does not guarantee a right to participate in any specific game, market, or promotion.

eke33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to members based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary depending on your account verification status, the payment method selected, and the volume of historical transactions on your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your eke33 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. eke33 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within two hours, you should contact the eke33 support team with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed by eke33 within the following timeframes, subject to successful completion of any applicable verification requirements:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically within 1–12 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

eke33 operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable, meaning withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional identity or source-of-funds verification is required. eke33 does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

eke33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, referral rewards, and seasonal campaigns to eligible members. All such promotions are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific rules.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• eke33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a member's account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, using a bonus in connection with a duplicate account, or coordinating with other members to exploit a promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• eke33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

Members who participate in promotions acknowledge that bonus winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these requirements will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being removed from the account.

All bets placed on the eke33 Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific sport, market, or game type selected. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and accept them as part of this Agreement.

eke33 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or outcome had already been determined (late bet).
• The odds or price at which the bet was accepted were the result of a manifest error (palpable error) by eke33's pricing systems or a third-party data feed.
• The underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the defined settlement window, or otherwise fails to conclude under the conditions specified at the time the market was offered.
• There is credible evidence that the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised, including suspected match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other forms of corruption.

Bet settlement is final once confirmed by eke33. Settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result, eke33 may use reputable third-party data providers to determine the outcome. Requests to review a settled bet must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eke33 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any activity that contravenes anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using software tools, robots, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by eke33.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
• Using insider information, or information obtained from a participant in a sporting event, to gain an improper betting advantage.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of deposits through your payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing eke33 staff or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the eke33 Platform — including but not limited to the eke33 brand name, logo, trade marks, service marks, domain names, website design, graphics, text, software code, game content, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of eke33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from eke33.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform software.
• Use the eke33 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context, advertising, or promotional material without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

Any use of Platform content outside the scope of this licence is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. eke33 will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

eke33 is committed to protecting the personal data of its members. The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the eke33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and throughout your membership (including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and transaction history) is used for the following purposes:

• Account creation, management, and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct.

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content, odds data, or event information displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions, where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service provider failures that prevent normal Platform operation.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data suppliers whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The aggregate liability of eke33 to any member for all claims arising in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their eke33 account during the same period.

eke33 is unequivocally committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all eke33 members and can be activated from within the Account Settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at specified intervals to alert you to the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account cannot be reactivated before the cooling-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your eke33 account and request that you are excluded from the Platform indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

eke33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity or source-of-funds documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or match-fixing involvement.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the member against eke33.
• Use of the Platform in a manner that eke33 reasonably believes to be harmful to the interests of the Platform, other members, or third parties.
• A member's voluntary self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and disputed funds may be withheld pending investigation. Funds confirmed as legitimately deposited and not connected to any prohibited activity will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the investigation is complete.

Members who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to the member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

eke33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform functionality, or operational policy. When material changes are made, eke33 will publish a notice on the Platform and update the effective date shown at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in the English language. English is the governing language of this Agreement and shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity, dispute, or discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation in any other language. All communications between eke33 and its members — including support correspondence, account notifications, and legal notices — shall be conducted in English.
